- Mishandling or external force: drops, impacts, crushing, liquid damage, foreign-object short circuits
- Operating outside shipped specs: improper power, wiring, or cooling; non-compliant temperature/humidity
- Unauthorized modification: opening the unit, replacing parts, rewiring, add-ons, third-party hardware/software changes that cause failure
Force majeure / disasters (not covered)
- Earthquake, fire, flood/water damage, lightning, typhoon and similar events
- External power incidents (outage/surge) when attributable to external events rather than normal wear
Normal wear and tear (hardware replacement eligible)
- Component aging/natural failure under normal operating conditions
