(Operations & TCO) Evaluation: If we need disaster recovery (DR) and offsite backups, how should we plan?

Plan based on internal control/audit requirements: export/backup cadence, storage/access control, recovery drills, and acceptance regression tests. Align during rollout and include in acceptance (agreement/config govern).
